As the saying goes, Sharp Edge of a Sword Comes out from Grinding. The one who’s not trained well in martial arts cannot be a qualified soldier.

New employees are fresh blood of the company. Strict training and assessment are not only the requirements for them to carry out their own work, but also the solid foundation for them to grow to be the backbone of the company in the future. 

From July 16 to 19, under the organization and coordination of the human resources department of the company, STABILOY ushered in the first centralized training week for new employees this year. A total of 15 new employees participated in the training which were given by the management team and all functional departments.

After the intense theoretical and practical training courses, the new employees took and all passed the closed-book examination, and then started to work.
